Manuelita G. Age - 97 - Chama Sanchez

Manuelita G. Sanchez, 97, a resident of Chama passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 10, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Sanchez; parents, Jesus and Francisquita Gonzales; brothers: Juan Gonzales and wife Rosana, Florian Gonzales and wife Consuleo; sisters: Refugio Madrid and husband Jose, Delfinia Foster. Manuelita is survived by her daughters: Frances DeYapp and husband Bobby and Bernie Wages; brother, Jose Gonzales and wife Cordie; sister, Julia Anaya and husband Papio; grandchildren: Bobby, Matthew and Hattie DeYapp, Laura Gonzales and husband Joey, R.J. Littleton and wife Karen, Nikki Whiting; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; numerous other loving nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Chama Valley Worship Center in Chama with burial to follow at Chama Community Cemetery with the following serving the family as pallbearers: Baltazar Madrid, Sam Gonzales, Ben Romero, Bobby and Matthew DeYapp and R.J. Littleton; honorary pallbearers: Mariam Trujillo, Hattie, Briana, Austin, Ashlyn, Erica and Reyes DeYapp. The family of Manueltia G. Sanchez have entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
