\r\nLORENZO AUGUSTINE ARAGON (HUMPHREY), 70, a resident of Hernandez, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Salomon and Anita Aragon; sisters, Lucille and Anita Aragon and son, Frankie Lawrence Aragon. Mr. Aragon is survived by his companion, Phylis Tafoya; brothers, Roman Aragon and wife Sylvia Romero and Vidal (Billie) Aragon and his daughter, Sherrie Aragon; sisters, Barbara Vigil and husband Ralph and Helen Valencia; mother of his children, Olivia Grijalva of El Llano; sons, Andrew Aragon and wife Dora of Española and their children, Monica, Jessica and Andrew Aragon, Jr.; Ricky Aragon and companion Reyes Rivas of Chama and his daughter, Jennifer Aragon, Phillip Aragon and companion Ida Quintana of Hernandez and Salomon Aragon and companion Mary Tafoya of El Llano and Mariah and Francisca Aragon; daughters, Juanita Aragon of El Llano and her daughter, Maria Acosta, Anita Aragon and husband Luis of Abiquiu and their children, Joey Martinez, Catherine, Luis, Jr. and Lorenzo Acosta, Elizabeth Aragon and husband Joe Lovato of Hernandez and their children, Olivia Aragon, John J. Lovato (JJ) and Esperanza Lovato and companion Julian Contreras, Nellie Lovato and husband Anthony of Hernandez and their sons, Anthony, Jr. and Jose Lovato; 8 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, October 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Española. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Española, with a burial to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers, Anthony Lovato, John J. Lovato, Lorenzo Acosta, Joe Lovato, Luis Acosta, Jr., Andrew Aragon, Jr. Ramiro Orozco and Jose Lovato. Honorary pallbearers named are, Jose Lovato, Anthony Lovato, Jr., Mariah Aragon, Joey Martinez, Ana Maria Quizada and Esperanza Lovato. The family of Lorenzo Augustine Aragon (Humphrey) has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
