Lore Dise

Lore J. Dise – Age 62 a resident of Ojo Caliente, New Mexico passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Phillip Young of Port Orchard, WA; mother, Zina Wheeler of Waterflow, NM; and daughter, Judy Lopez of California.
Lore served the Española Valley and Ojo Caliente community for many years as a server at the Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Restaurant and at Chili’s in Española. She loved giving her heart to people and loved bringing them great love and joy.  She loved her animals very much and was an excellent cook.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Lore is survived by her 2 sons:  Erik Scott Young and wife Barbara of Coeur  D’ Alene, ID and Thomas Brown Lopez of Las Vegas, NV; sisters and brothers:  Gail Gurule and husband Ernest of Ojo Caliente, NM, Kenneth Miller and wife Beverly of Colorado Springs, CO, Linda Hausen and husband Robert of California, Russell J. Young of Portland, OR and Steven Boomer and wife Suzie of Wyoming; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Española on the corner of McCurdy and Fairview Lane.
