Linora Pacheco

LINORA P. PACHECO, 73, a resident of Santa Fe, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Christus St. Vincent Hospital Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her family and grandsons. She was born January 2, 1942 in Chamisal. She was preceded in death by her infant son; her parents, Jose Victor and Eloisa Cordova; father and mother-in-law, Fermin and Virginia Pacheco; God-parents, Elijio and Patricia Pacheco; brothers, Felix, Joe and Macario Cordova; sisters, Rebecca Fujino and Laura Abeyta and brother-in-law, Ross Fujino. Linora lived all of her life in Santa Fe and recently Las Vegas. She was a very hard worker and great provider for her family. She was employed with St. Vincent Hospital where she retired as the Housekeeping Supervisor. She dedicated her life to her sons, whom she loved very much. Our mother, grandmother, sister and aunt Linora will be truly missed. Ms. Pacheco is survived by her sons, Richard (Mary) of Chamisal, Bryan, Raymundo, and Joseph Pacheco all of Santa Fe; father of her sons, Jose Pacheco of Chamisal; sisters, Olivama Pacheco of Chamisal, Maclovia (Enselmo) Fresquez of Las Vegas, Nevada, Rosana (Johnny) Abeyta of Chamisal, and Dina (Robert) Duran of Peñasco; brother, Ross (Lillian) Cordova; brother-in-law, Paul Abeyta; sister-in-law, Vicky Cordova all of Chamisal; grandchildren, Scott (Nicholl) Pacheco, Bj (Angela) Pacheco, Richard Martin and Claudia Urioste, Jose, Stephanie, Brianna and Andrea Pacheco; precious dogs, Honey and Buttercup and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Peñasco, with a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held at the Chamisal Cemetery.
