Larry Gordon - Age 67 - Española Wolf

Larry Gordon Wolf – Age 67 a resident of Española passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents: Jerry and Lucille; brother, Gerald; and 2 sisters: Beverly and Patricia. Larry was raised and attended school in Pojoaque and attended UTEP and then proudly served in the US Navy for 6 years. Larry then worked for LANL as a computer hardware technician. The line of work then took Larry around the world. Larry officially retired and became a professional fly fishing guide, who also enjoyed operating his back hoe and spending time with friends and family at the casinos. He is survived by his son, Jason and wife Katherine of Colorado Springs, CO; brother, Ray and wife Judy of Española; nephew, David and wife Barbara of Pojoaque; niece, Jennifer and husband Mike Scheller of Española; great-nephew, Ryan Wolf of South Dakota; great-niece, Lynsey Wheeler of Española; great-nephew, Cutter Wheeler of Española; and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Larry’s name to the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, VA Hospital, 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
