Krag Paul Allander February 20, 1981 – March 18, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Krag Paul Allander, who left this world on March 18, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Krag faced every challenge in life with unwavering strength and resilience, inspiring those around him with his determination and perseverance.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ernestino and Mable Suazo, and Irene and Scott Allander; uncles and aunt, Ernestino Jr., Richard, and Andrew Suazo, Randy Hanson and Angela Suazo; and his cousins Orley Ortiz, Eric Chacon, and Johnny Williams.
Krag is survived by his loving partner, Anna Littlehoop and beloved paw child Zoey; cherished children, Logan and Izabella Leija - partner Johnny Maez; mother Betsy Suazo – partner Elmo Griego; father Krag Allander – wife Veronica Allander; brother Sean Allander; and his sister Trina Allander-Lujan - husband Xavier Lujan. He also leaves behind his beloved nephews Santiago and Ojito Garcia; nieces Serenity Allander, Natasha and Brianna Lujan.
Krag was deeply loved by his aunts and uncles: Betty and Harvey Haagenstad, Joan and Jerry Pomeroy, Judy Moore, Tina and Peter Garley, Mae and Jake Martinez, Julian Suazo - partner Victoria Alire, Cecilia and Orlando Ortiz, Martin Suazo, Mathew and Cindy Suazo, and David and Tila Suazo, along with numerous cousins.
Krag’s legacy is one of perseverance, courage, and an unbreakable spirit. Even in the face of adversity, he never wavered, standing strong for those he loved. Though he is no longer with us in body, his determination and resilience will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
A service to celebrate Krag’s life will be held at San Juan Nepomuceno Church in El Rito (1191 Main St. (NM-554)), a Rosary: 9:00am, and Mass 10:00 am on April 4, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a cancer research foundation in his honor.
Rest in peace with our Lord, Krag. Your strength will never be forgotten.
