Kimberly (Kim Kong) Sandlin, 51, a resident of Española passed away suddenly on Friday, September 6, 2013. She was preceded in death by her mother; Sophie Hayes, grandparents JD Sr., and Rosalia Martinez; aunts, Jen and Dillia Martinez; uncles, Augustine and Wilbert Martinez, Cousin; JD III, Miguel, Andy, Charlie, and Phillip Martinez. Kimberly was a loving mother and sister she also enjoyed life to the fullest and enjoyed hanging out with her friends. Kimberly is survived by her daughter; Crystal Hayes and companion Donald L. Dennison of Tustin California, sister; Brenda Chacon and Husband Paul of Ojo Caliente, nephews; Isaac Rodriguez, Jesse Rodriguez and companion Carol, and their daughter Adrianna Rodriguez, uncle JD Martinez Jr., and wife Rita, and numerous relatives cousins and friends. A Memorial Service in celebration of Kimberly's life will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at 7:00p.m. at The New Creations in Christ Church in Espanola. The family of Kimberly Sandlin has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
