Kenny - Age 47 - Albuquerque/La Madera - Griego

KENNY A. GRIEGO, 47, a resident of Albuquerque and formerly of La Madera, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2012. He was preceded in death by his mother, Flora Griego and grandparents, Octaviano and Epifania Peña. Kenny loved being outdoors, riding motorcycles, collecting knifes, cars and oldies Spanish music. He liked to grill outside for family and friends. Mr. Griego is survived by his wife, Estela Griego of Albuquerque; son, Ricardo and Ericka Valencia and Flor Griego all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Destiny, Santiago and Angel Valencia and Jasmine, Cheyenne and Estevan Padilla; father, Christobal Griego of La Madera; brothers and sisters, Henry Griego of La Madera, Linda Garcia of Albuquerque, James Griego and Cliff Griego both of Española, Ramon Garcia and Johnny Garcia both of Albuquerque and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in La Madera with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in La Madera. Burial to follow at the La Madera Catholic Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers, Ricardo Valencia, Joseph Padilla, Ramon Garcia, Johnny Garcia, Felix Mora and Leonard Griego. The family of Kenny A. Griego has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
