Julious A. Chavez, Newborn, a resident of Alcalde passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. He was preceded in death by maternal great great-grandfathers: Bernardo Valdez, Erminio Martinez and Juan D. Vigil; great great-grandmother, Amalia DeVargas; paternal grandfather, Anurfo Chavez; great-aunt, Darlene Guillen. Julious is survived by his parents, Danielle Valdez and Justin J. Chavez of Alcalde; brother, Justin J. Chavez Jr.; maternal grandmother, Stephanie Romero and companion Ramon Sanchez of Alcalde; maternal grandfather, Danny Valdez of Velarde; paternal grandparents, Dollie and Ben Montoya of Chile; uncles: Anthony G. Romero and companion Tristan Lovato of San Pedro and Danny Valdez Jr. of Española; aunts, Amanda Valdez of Alcalde, Ashley Chavez of Chile and Diahann Jacquez and husband Jerome of Chimayo; maternal great great-grandmothers: Anita Valdez of Velarde, Alejandrina Martinez of Guachupangue; great-grandparents: Felix and MaryAgnes Valdez of Velarde, Louie and Elsie Vigil of Albuquerque, Gilbert and Sally Romero of Arroyo Seco; great-aunt, Rhonda Gonzales and husband Jasonn of Velarde; great-uncles: Adel Valdez and wife Samantha of Velarde, Greg Romero and wife Valerie of Albuquerque, Narcisco Romero of Española; close cousins: Anailey Romero, Devyn Naranjo, Jordynn Gonzales, Joshua Gomez, Alejandra Valdez, Anita Valdez, Felix Adel Valdez, Isaac Chavez, Damian, Angelina, Narcisco, Miranda, Justine, Nathaniel, Gregory and Jared Romero; numerous other loving relatives & friends. A blessing graveside service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Santa Cruz. The family of Julious A.
