Julio Cesar “Ibis” Cisneros, 31, a resident of Santa Fe, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Julio was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gabino Cisneros, grandmother, Maria Saldivar, maternal-grandparents, Isaias Villalobos, and Socoro Holguin; uncle, Francisco Cisneros, and Manuel Cisneros; brother, Alberto Cisneros. He is survived by his parents, Gabino and Mayra Cisneros; daughter, Jomayra Cisneros; brother, Eloy Cisneros and wife Stephanie, sister, Yesenia Cisneros, Leleanna Cisneros, and Vanessa Zapata, and many other relatives and friends. Services are pending at this time. The family of Julio Cisneros has entrusted their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
