JULIAN JEROME MARTINEZ, born March 29, 1988, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 7, 2021. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother and grandfather, Elicia and Amarante Martinez, grandma, Esmeralda Vialpando, paternal grandma, Marica Martinez; nephew, Gabriel Harris, along with many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Julian worked in construction, and loved to keep busy with anything from fixing buildings etc. Julian is survived by his mother, Phyllis Martinez of Chama, father, Jerry Martinez of Chimayo; grandfather, Ruben Vialpando of Chama, paternal grandfather, Orlando Martinez of Chimayo; uncle, Lesley Rael of Vallecitos; his only sister, Jerranda-Harris Shurtliff (Joe); nephew, Nicholas Harris, niece, Aviana Shurtliff and many aunts, cousins and friends.
