Juan Vigil

JUAN A. VIGIL, 56, a resident of Chama/Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 29, 2018.  Juan was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Adonida Vigil; grandparents, Edwardo (Nick) Rivas and Antonia Rivas, Leballo and Rosario Vigil; brothers, Toby and Tony, sister, Patricia Vigil and sister-in-law, Gloria Vigil. Juan was a good person who had a big heart and always cared everyone. He is survived by his brother, Archie J. Vigil; aunt, Rafelita Morton from Wisconsin; nieces and nephews, Eric Montano, Toby Vigil Jr., Juan Vigil (NUNO), Nicole Vigil, Cecilia Vigil, Chris Vigil, Vincent Vigil, Antonia Vigil, Sunshine Vigil, Richard Vigil, Corina  Gallegos, Christa Lujan (Benito), Angel Vigil, Vanessa Wells (Sony), Selena Montes, and Felicia Vigil, and many great nieces and nephews, Relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. also at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the Chama Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers, Toby Vigil, Jr., Chris, Vincent, and Richard Vigil and Raymond and Jeremiah Martinez. Honorary pallbearers named are, David Lazaro, Paul Sandoval, Tony Salazar, Manuel Olage, Mando Rodriguez, Patrick Lucero, Benito Lujan, Antonio Lujan, Eric Gallegos, Lawrence Barreras, Chris Trejo, Juan Nuno Vigil, Eric Montaño and Jimmy Martinez.
