Jose Maria Age - 96 - Medanales Sisneros

Jose Maria Sisneros, 96, a resident of Medanales passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Jose was a life-long rancher. He helped raise his siblings. His niece Linda had been his care giver for many years. He relied on her for everything! They were good buddies. Jose built the home his family grew up in. He was a very hard working man & always made sure his family was taken care of. He will be dearly missed. Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Teofilo and Aurora Sisneros; baby sister, Gregorita; sisters: Carmen Dixon and Georgia Vigil; nephews: Steve and Gerald Talamante, Dennis and Johnny Vigil. Jose is survived by his niece, Linda Sisneros and partner Monica Roybal of Medanales; brothers: Ramon Sisneros of Medanales and Augustine Sisneros and wife Lovada of Lawndale, CA; sister, Eufemia Lehman of Medanales; numerous other loving relatives & friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the San Antonio Catholic Catholic Church in Medanales with a Memorial mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. The family of Jose Maria Sisneros has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley. 505-747-7477
