Jose - Age 75 - Ranchitos Montoya

JOSE L. MONTOYA, 75, a resident of Ranchitos, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Laureano and Maria Espidiana Montoya and sisters, Stella Romero and Lina Mondragon; brothers-in-law, Jake Romero and Joe Mondragon. Mr. Montoya is survived by his children, Jose Carlos Montoya, Angelica Maria Montoya and Crystal Rodriguez; grandchildren, Aujolie Faith Montoya, Juan and Jesus Rodriguez; siblings, Sally Niave and husband Joe, Mary Montoya and husband Joe, Isaac Montoya and Benny Montoya and wife Olivia and other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home with a roary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Burial to follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with full military honors. The family of Jose L. Montoya has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
