John Adam Trujillo Jr, (Chato) 33, a resident of OHKAY OWINGEH, passed away in Long Beach, California on December 23, 2012. He was preceded in death by his sister, Naomi (Sugar) Trujillo; Grandparents: Joe (Jimmy) and Alejandrina Abeyta, Jose Inez and Juanita Trujillo, Gregorita Atencio; Uncle, Elmer Abeyta, Leonard Atencio, Joe V. Trujilllo, Mark and Martha Chalan; Aunts: Rose (Broncho) Trujillo and Marie Abeyta and other cousins. He is survived by his parents: John Brown and Judy Trujillo; brother, Jose Trujillo and companion Jessica; niece, Delores; nephews: Jose Jr., Jerome and Jesse Trujillo; Uncles and Aunts: Eloy, Michael, David, Roy (Cecilia) Abeyta, Gloria (Leroy) Dora, Bernice, Irene (Richard) Becky Abeyta; Godparents: John and Precilla Atencio, Joe and Betty Atencio, Terry Allen Atencio, Tony and Stephie Trujillo, Manuel Trujillo, and Elizabeth Trujillo; very close person who is considered like an aunt, Frances Abeyta; and numerous other relatives and friends. Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 3:00 pm at the Abeyta Family Home where a rosary for repose of the soul of John Adam (Chato) Trujillo, Jr. will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh with Burial to follow at the Ohkay Owingeh Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
