Jerry Emilio - age 65 - Albuquerque - Courtes Valdez

\r\nJerry Emilio Valdez - Age 65, a resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with Jesus on April 2, 2014. He was born in Petaca on April 14, 1948. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Emilio and Ramoncita Valdez and brother Eugenio.\r\n \r\nJerry was a wonderful husband, awesome father, brother, uncle and friend; a faithful servant, peacemaker, hero and rock. He was a Vietnam Veteran.\r\n \r\nJerry is survived by his wife Rachel and daughter Monica; brothers and sisters Tony Gallegos (Prescilla), Virginia DeAguero (Roderick), Katie Rael (Joe), Pearl Archuleta (Peter), Ernesto Valdez (Berlinda), Floyd Valdez (Bernadette), Diana Rodriquez (Tony), Sally Martinez (Jeff), Julie Marquez (Jesse), Beth Pacheco, Lillie Archuleta, God children and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.\r\n \r\nServices will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE, Albuquerque, with public viewing at 12:30-1:30; his Celebration of Life service at 1:30-4:00. Reception will follow at the Washed by The Word Church, 4224 Carlisle Blvd NE. A private burial will take place in Petaca at a later time.\r\n
