Jenny - Age 63 - Cañones Gallegos

JENNY M. GALLEGOS, 63, a resident of Cañones, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012 following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Emma Vigil; grandmother that raised her, Fidencia Vialpando. Ms. Gallegos is survived by her husband of 13 years, Anastacio Gallegos; children, Arnold Gallegos of Albuquerque, Marilyn Gallegos of Coyote, Cindy Gallegos of Española, Matthew Gallegos of Los Lunas, Joseph Gallegos and wife Sandra of Española, Mike Vigil of Albuquerque and Vanessa Ramirez and husband Rudy of El Paso, Texas; brothers and sisters, Josephine Sandoval, Agapito Vigil, Modesto Vialpando and Filadelfio Vialpando and wife Bennie all of Albuquerque, Sara Lujan of California and Julia Sedillo of Albuquerque; close granddaughter, Andrea Salazar of Española; raised like a brother, Richard Vialpando and wife Amada of Cañones; 18 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and numerous other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place and a rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 6:00p.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 1:00p.m. at the San Miguel Catholic Church in Cañones with burial to follow at the Cañones Cemetery. Serving the family as honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren and great-grandson. The family of Jenny M.
