We are greatly saddened to announce the passing of our beloved son, brother and uncle Jaymes Kevin Maes, 38, who passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2023. following a short illness. He was born in Los Alamos NM on September 23, 1985.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Juanito and Celestina Maes, Uncles Tommy and Adolfo Maes, Aunt Margaret Maes-Alvarez, and cousins Tammy Maes and Bridgette Cordova.

Jaymes is remembered with love by his Mother Rosemary Maes-Boyet and his Stepfather, Joe Boyet. Sisters Monique Maes (Santino Hinojos), and Jozette Boyet. Nieces, Alexis Garcia, Mya Hinojos, Mila Griego, and nephew Kayden Hinojos. Jaymes is survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins whom he loved very dearly.

A public visitation will begin on Wednesday December 13, 2023, at 5:00 pm with a rosary to follow at 6:00 pm, in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home. Funeral Service will take place at a later date. Please look at DeVargas Website for updates on Funeral Mass.
