Jaylene DeAguero

Jaylene De Aguero, 40 passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023 after complications with pneumonia. She was born and raised in Espanola, New Mexico and will be missed by many family and friends.  Jaylene was an incredible musician (flute), an avid fisherwoman, and an all-star softball player who more than once secured victory for her team with a game winning home run.  Above all, Jaylene, was a giving soul who loved her mom, dad and everyone she considered family.  Jaylene will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we loved and cherished so deeply.

A memorial service will be held at DeVargas Funeral Home in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The Mass will be on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Scared Heart Church in Espanola, NM, and burial to follow at Scared Heart Cemetery.
