Jan Smith

On Friday, August 17, 2018, surrounded by loved ones, Jan A. Smith left this world unexpectedly and went on to a better place.

Jan was born on December 15, 1954 in Los Alamos, NM to Robert and Jean Warner. Jan enjoyed skiing, swimming, country dancing and being outdoors. She had a unique fashion sense and loved animals, especially her cats. Jan was caring and a loving Mother. She took pleasure in working with people and was devoted to everything she did.

Jan was preceded in death by her Mother, Father and Brother, Scott Warner. She is survived by her Husband, Ron Smith; her Daughter, Jocelyn Chapman (Jake Chapman, Granddaughter, Josie Chapman) and Son, Kyle Smith. As well as her Sister, Vicki Price (Warner).

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Pajarito Mountain Lodge in Los Alamos. The family of Jan A. Smith has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
