Isaac Frederick (AKA) Ike Trujillo - age 35 Sandoval - Trujillo

Isaac Frederick Sandoval (AKA) Ike Trujillo, 35, a resident of Espanola, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Ike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Margaret Leyba; cousins, Joseph “JoJo” Martinez, Jessica Sandoval, and Sarah Sandoval. He loved working on cars, loved playing with his nieces and nephew, and his best friends were his little brother, Joseph and Patrick Baldonado. He was respectful to his uncles and aunts, helped everyone that was in need, and loved telling stories. He was very funny and loved making everybody laugh. Ike is survived by his mother, Patricia Trujillo, father, Isaac Sandoval and wife Cindy; step-father, Larry Trujillo; sister, Felicia Trujillo and husband Patrick Baldonado, brother, Joseph Leyba; nephew James Valdez, nieces, Trinity Baldonado, and Serenity Baldonado; grandparents, Louisa and Ernesto Sandoval; God-parents, Ernest Leyba and Marsha Maestas; uncles, Leroy Leyba and wife Lucille, Ernest Sandoval, Arturo Sandoval, Tony Sandoval and wife Elaine, aunts, Dora CdeBaca and husband John, and Lucille Sanchez and husband Victor; special cousins, RoseAnn Leyba, and Tara Sandoval, and many other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. Memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Espanola, with a burial to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers named are Patrick Baldonado, James Valdez, Joseph Rodriguez, Eric Sandoval, Mark Sandoval, Larry Trujillo, Victor Sanchez, Joseph Leyba, and James Valdez Jr. The family of Isaac Frederick Sandoval (aka) Ike Trujillo has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.\r\n \r\n \r\n
