Isaac Anthony Age - 16 - Los Alamos Hayden

Isaac Anthony Hayden, Age 16, of Los Alamos, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2013. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James “Jim” Hayden. Isaac was born on June 11, 1996 to David and Jennifer Hayden. Isaac was a joyful young man with a loving and generous spirit for everyone he met. Isaac was accepting of others and loved to be with people. His sweet spirit and sense of humor will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He always kept busy with many projects going at one time. He looked at every aspect and detail of a project with great passion and interest. Isaac was creative from a young age where he developed his talent for drawing. He loved to cook and took pleasure in making jewelry. Recently, he enjoyed Fine Art at Los Alamos High School and created some beautiful works of his own. He was a visual person who appreciated all things artistic. His talent extended to hand crafting knives with ornate handles. He also dabbled at silversmithing. Isaac tried many sports growing up and in his most recent years he wrestled and played football. As Isaac got older, his joy often translated into a deep enthusiasm for the arts, snowboarding and working on his car with his father. He was often the creative force behind family projects like building beautiful fish ponds, fire pits and planting gardens. He was especially close to his dog, Roxy, who was his faithful companion. Young Life was a great force in his life as was the youth group at White Rock Baptist Church where his faith in Christ was strong. He took pleasure spending time with children, always keeping them entertained, especially his younger cousins. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Isaac is survived by his parents, Jennifer and David Hayden; brothers: Austin and Logan; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Elizabeth Jones of Rio Rancho; paternal grandparents, John and Connie Rezac of Buena Vista, CO; uncles/aunt: Thomas Jones and wife Heidi of Corvallis, OR and their children: Daniel, Jessie and Taylor; Jimmy Jones and wife Tammy of Albuquerque and their children: Landon, Josiah and Noah; Donna Richardson and husband Joe of Los Alamos and their child, Haylee. Public visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. White Rock Baptist Church with the funeral to follow at 10:30 a.m. The Family of Isaac Anthony Hayden have entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
