Henry - Age 90 - Taos Romero

Henry C. Romero, 90 a resident of Taos, went to be with our dear Lord on Friday, December 28, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose E. Romero; mother, Genoneva Trujillo; brothers, Richard, Ernest and Pat Romero; and grandson, Angelo Quintana. Mr. Romero is survived by his wife, Viola Romero; children, Joe E. Romero (Kippy), Pres Romero, Oliver Romero (Maya), Richard Romero (Yolanda), Trankie Romero (Martha), Ruth Gonzales (Henry), Andy Romero, Pete Romero (Willow) and Angela Romero (Tony); sister, Birda Vigil (Eloy); 28 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and other friends and relatives. Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Taos. Burial to take place on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. The family of Henry C. Romero has entrusted the care of their beloved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
