Harold B. "Lalo" - Age 64 - Ojo Sar Leyba

Harold B. “Lalo” Leyba – Age 64 a resident of Ojo Sarco passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents: Bernabe and Carlota Leyba; 5 brothers: Herbert, Luciano, Nick, Benito and Jimmy; and a nephew, Joel Leyba. Mr. Leyba was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church. He was a cowboy and a rancher, he enjoyed and loved his family and family gatherings. He is survived by his 2 daughters: Lori Leyba-Martinez and husband Carlos of Ojo Sarco and Carla Leyba and husband Rico Vigil of Santa Fe; 4 grandchildren: Kayla, Kody, Amber and Rico, Jr.; former wife and mother of his children, Carol Leyba of Santa Fe; 2 brothers: Ruben Leyba and wife Nora of Laramie, WY and Wilfred Leyba and wife Diane of Arroyo Seco; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Santo Tomas Catholic Church in Ojo Sarco. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Santo Tomas Catholic Church in Ojo Sarco. Burial will follow at the Santo Tomas Catholic Cemetery in Ojo Sarco.
