Guadalupe Archuleta

GUADALUPE N. ARCHULETA, 83, a resident of Dixon, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Celestino Archuleta Sr.; son, Carl Archuleta; Parents, Francisco and Josephita Cardenas; and sisters and brothers. She is survived by her children, Ruben Archuleta (Lorraine), Frank Archuleta (Sharon), Celestino Archuleta (Diana), Marilyn Miera (Michael), Carol Salazar (Ted); her guardian angel and close grandson, Rocky Miera; her companion of 23 years, Alden Lopez; brother Fred;  sisters  Gloria, Jane  and Aurora; Special grandchildren Miguel, Christopher, Laprial, Renee, Jennifer, Andrew, Julian, Annalisa, Joyleen, Louise, Amanda, Eddie, and Jessie; 22 special great-grandchildren.

Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home and Crematory, with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Dixon with a burial follow at the Dixon Cemetery.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Andrew Archuleta, Julian, Rocky, Miguel, Christopher, and Andrew Pacheo. The family of Guadalupe N. Archuleta has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.
