Glen Daniel "Lil Laughs" - Age 20 - Trujillo

GLEN DANIEL “LIL LAUGHS” TRUJILLO, 20, a resident of Española, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Trujillo; grandfather, Andy Trujillo; great-grandfather, Alfredo Trujillo; cousin, Daniel Trujillo; friend who was like a brother, Timothy Rivera; great-grandparents, Seferino and Marcelina Serrano and God-father, Andrew Bustos. Glen loved to rap, drawing, writing, camping, going for wood and loved being in the mountains and being with his family and friends. He loved his family unconditionally and was a good person. He loved helping anyone in need. He is much loved and will be dearly missed. Glen is survived by his mother, Vickie Ann Gurule and husband Reggie Salazar; brother, Dale Gurule and wife Sheila all of Española; aunts, Michelle Romero and husband Jeremy of Alcon, Virginia Gurule of Colorado, Angela Montaño and husband Mickey of Farmington, Joyce Marquez of Española, Delifi Montoya of Oklahoma, Stephanie, Emily and Andrew Trujillo and Dennis Serrano and Susie Trujillo; paternal grandmother, Evangelina Archuleta of Española; paternal grandmother, Martha T.O. Ortiz and husband Zeke of Colorado; close cousins, Jeremy Romero, Jr., Shawn Romero and Joanna Garcia of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mariah Aragon Trujillo and Gabriella E. Gallegos; God-mother, Yvonne Martinez; God-brother, Darren McKenna; God-sisters, Naomi Vigil and Erica Marquez all of Española and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Abiquiu. Burial to follow at the Abiquiu Catholic Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers, Jeremy Romero, Alex Montoya, Jonathan Barela, Apuleyo Quezada, Daniel Diaz, Max Barela, Michael Barela and Jesse Gallegos. Honorary pallbearers named are, Christopher Montoya, Andrew Chavez, Nichole Martinez, Steven Martinez and Nelo Bojorquez. The family of Glen Daniel “Lil Laughs” Trujillo has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
