Genoveva Ulibarri

GENOVEVA ULIBARRI, 86, a resident of Tierra Amarilla, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adeliado Samora and Onofre Aguilar; brothers, Ernesto, Marcelino, Gabriel Raynel, sisters, Isabel and Angelina; son, Adam, Husband Juan Ulibarri; brother and sisters-in-law. Genoveva Ulibarri is survived by her brother, Adeliado Samora Jr.; niece who was her caretaker, Navora Martinez; her children, Rosemary (Vicente), Juan (Molly), Stephanie (Josh) and their kids whom she considered her grandkids, Orlando (Krystal), Kenneth, Arnold, Marcos, Gabriel and Noah; aunt, Irene Mercure and numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos with the following serving as pallbearers, Vicente, Marlon, Fidel, Panchito, Lando, and Junior. Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher and her grandchildren, Kenneth, Arnold, Marcos, Gabriel, Orlando, and Noah. The family of Genoveva Ulibarri has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.
