Genevieve R. - Age 84 - Española - Archuleta

GENEVIEVE R. “JENNY” ARCHULETA, 84, a resident of Española, our precious Jenny went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 10, 2013.She was preceded in death by her parents, Margarito and Amelia Romero; brothers, Edumenio, Jose Guadalupe and Juan V. Romero; and father of her only daughter, Baltazar Archuleta. May their souls rest with the Lord. Ms. Archuleta is survived by her daughter, Roselin A. Corrales and husband Benedicto; sister to Roselin, Melinda A. Salazar and husband Jamie; sister, Mary Stella Archuleta of Santa Fe; special nephew, Eddie Archuleta and fiancé Becky of Santa Fe; special nieces, Molly Martinez of Santa Fe and Patricia Patton of Española and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Española with a Mass of Christian burial to follow immediately. Burial to follow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Española with the following family members serving as pallbearers, Eddie Archuleta, Bryan Maestas, Eric Maestas, Mark Maestas and Devon Salazar. Honorary pallbearers named are, Jolene Walker, Cate Carrillo, Diane Martinez, Edna Serna, Virginia Sanchez, Kathi L. Belle and Kim Smith. Your dedication to care for our beloved mother will always be remembered fondly. The family of Genevieve R. “Jenny” Archuleta has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
