Frank Trujillo

FRANK “QUICO” TRUJILLO, 60, a resident of La Puente, passed away after a lengthy battle of cancer on Sunday, December 13, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Salvador and Sabinita Trujillo; in-laws, Nicolas and Anamaria Lopez; brothers-in-law, Nobert Lopez and Pat Lopez. Frank loved working with computers. He retired from Rio Arriba County Detention with 20 years of service. Frank is survived by his wife, Lorraine Trujillo of La Puente; children, Ramon and wife Tira Ovellette La Puente, Tanya Trujillo and husband James Culin of T.A.; grandchildren, Keith Trujillo, Nevaeh Culin, Nicolas Culin, Jesse Trujillo, CleAnn Trujillo, Joelyne Trujillo, Jeremy Trujillo; sister, Lucille LaRue and husband Ed; Tio, Acasio Salazar; Tia, Rufina Martinez; God-children, Aimee Marquez, Virgil Martinez, Samantha Martinez, Keyanah Anaya and Adrian Jaramillo; close cousins/padrinos/compadres, Ladiz and Mary Turrietta; and close cousin, Steve Kear, Viola Turrietta and many nieces, nephews, and close relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. also at the San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos. Burial to follow at the Los Ojos Catholic Cemetery with the following serving the family as pallbearers, Gary Martinez, Steve Kear, James Culin, Genaro Madrid, Leroy Sanchez, Pedro Archuleta Jr., honorary pallbearers Jesse, CleAnn, Joelyne, Jeremy, and Keith Trujillo, Nevaeh and Nicolas Culin, Veronica Mercure, Ana Trujillo, Baltazar Mercure, Emma LaRue, Aimee Marquez, Laura LaRue, Beverly Ortiz, Ladiz Turrietta and Ed LaRue. The family of Frank “Quico” Trujillo has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.
