Franchesco Valdez

FRANCHESCO (CHESCO) VALDEZ, 41, a resident of Los Alamos entered Heavens gates on Saturday, July 18, 2015. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Valentin and Fermina Valdez; maternal grandparents, Keith and Pinky Kelley and aunt, Karla Kelley-Zimmerly. Chesco was a very loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He was a very generous, kind, patient and humble man. He adored his wife so much and loved her and his kids with all his heart. He was an exterminator for The Bugman for 21 years and loved his job. His customers admired him and treated him like family. Two of his hobbies were buying vehicles and working on his 62 Impala. He was musically talented and shared his talent praising the Lord. Every time he would sing for the Lord, his face would glow. He was a faithful servant to the Lord and lived his life for Him. Chesco is survived by the love of his life, Alexandria; children, Alex, CJ, Emmanuel and Adele all of Los Alamos; parents, Valentin and Karen of Salida, CO; sister, Faye Fortson of Los Alamos; father and mother-in-law, Chris and Erika Maestas of La Puebla and Joseph and Crystal Romero of Cordova; brother-in-law, Christopher Maestas of La Puebla; sister-in-law, Olivia Romero of Cordova; aunts and uncles, Kerry and Brint Perera, Robert and Roberta Castañeda, George and Sandra Valdez, Roman and Theresa Valdez, Oliver and Donna Valdez; special friends who were like brothers, Gabino Manzanares and Stephen Kosler and numerous cousins and other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Truth Ministries Calvary Chapel in Arroyo Seco. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Guaje Pines Cemetery in Los Alamos. Serving the family as pallbearers, CJ Valdez, Emmanuel Ortega, Stephen Kosler and Gabino Manzanares.
