Frances D. Sandoval, 72, a resident of Ranchitos passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness on Sunday the 28th of April. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Soto Dominguez and Magdalena P. Dominguez; paternal grandparents, Jose Dominguez Sr. and Francisca Soto Dominguez; maternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Pablo Pacheco; husband, Damian Sandoval; mother and father-in-law, Cordilia and Israel Sandoval; brothers: Rogelio and Pablo Dominguez and two infant brothers, Juan and Ernesto Dominguez; and Tias, Rafaela and Francisca Dominguez; brother-in-law, Jose Onivas Sandoval. Frances is survived by her children: Robert Sandoval and Wife Geraldine, Betty Jean Padilla and Cynthia Osborne; grandson raised by her, Manuel Sandoval and wife Faith; other grandchildren: Robert Sandoval and wife Isabel, Isaac Padilla and wife Celeste, Sherrie Sandoval, Raycheal Osborne, Adrian and Michael Sandoval; great-grandchildren: Keyanna, Renae, Kayla, Manny, Alyanna, Mia Sandoval and Damian Padilla; siblings: Maggie Arivizo, Jose Dominguez and wife Maria, Hortencia Sosa, Teresa and Tomas Dominguez; sister in-law Julie Dominguez; and brothers and sisters in-laws of the Sandoval family, as well as numerous other loving relatives and friends whom she loved dearly. Long time friends who were very special to her: Oscar Carrillo and the Carrillo family, Louie Vigil, Sara Ramirez, Lydia Vigil, Patricia Oviedo, Lydia Sandoval and the Jaramillo family. Pubic visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. A second rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada with burial to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery with the following grandchildren serving the family as pallbearers: Robert Jr., Adrian, Sherrie, Isabel, Manuel and Michael Sandoval, Isaac Padilla and Raycheal Osborne; honorary pallbearers great- grandchildren, godchildren, nieces and nephews. The family of Frances D. Sandoval have entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
