Filiberto "Phil" - El Rito Campos

Filiberto "Phil" Campos of El Rito, NM passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2012. He was born on July 31, 1953 in Espanola, NM to Veronica and Tomas Campos. Phil is survived by his wife Geraldine, his sons Eduardo Tomas, Daniel David, and Gerald Phillip. Sisters Elizaida (Amadeo) Galvez, Florinda (Abedon) Trujillo, Roberta Valdez. Brother Faustin Campos. Aunt Ida Manzanares, Padrinos Jose and Adelita Manzanares, brother-in-law Daniel J. Chavez, sister-in-law Dolores (Edward) Aguilar, and many loving nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, mother-in-law Lucy S. Chavez, father-in-law Juan Jose Chavez, brothers Fernando and Leroy Campos. Phil was a carpenter and wood-carver by trade, enjoyed the outdoors and spending time in the high country hunting, fishing and riding horseback. Rosary will be recited on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at St. John Nepomucene Church in El Rito, NM. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Church in El Rito, NM.
