Fernando Valdez

Fernando Valdez, 82 years old, passed away on November 26, 2023, at his home in Nambe, NM.

He was preceded in death by his parents Seferino and Elvira Valdez; brothers Anselmo and Isidoro of Nambe; sisters Maria A. Martinez of La Mesilla and Bernardita Guinn of Espanola; nephew Carlos Valdez of Nambe and Daniel Valdez of Espanola; and niece Theresa Valdez of Nambe.

He is survived by a son Fernando Jr. of San Fernando Valley of California, Johnny Valdez of Nambe and sister Christina Powers of Espanola and Eliza Valdez of Nambe.

Mr. Valdez was an excellent chef.  He worked in California for many years.  He will be missed by many nephews, nieces, relatives all from Nambe, NM, California, Minnesota. Rest in Peace brother.  We love you.
