Fabiola M. - Age 90 - Española Garcia

Fabiola M. Garcia, 90, a resident of Espanola, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 2, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernabe Garcia; sons; Delfin Archuleta, Gilbert Garcia and Henry Garcia; grandchildren; Dennis Garcia and Chris Garcia; parents, Benerito and Perfecta Archuleta; and brother, Herman Archuleta. Fabiola was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother she had a passion for flowers and enjoyed her time at flea markets. She always canned vegetables and loved to spend hours reading her bible, quilting and sewing. She always made sure her family was fed and her home was neat and clean. Mrs. Garcia is survived by her sons: Clyde Garcia and wife Tonita of Ranchitos, Ben Garcia and wife Flora of Chimayo and Johnny Garcia and companion Mary Lou of Chimayo; daughters, Aggie Lujan and husband Cipriano of Santa Cruz, Mary Padilla of Hernandez, Gina Barela and husband Johnny of Espanola, Pat Trujillo and husband Audoro of Grants, Josephine Garcia of Española and Pauline Garcia of Española; granddaughter, Stephanie Garcia of Española; brother-in-law, Leo Garcia and wife Carol of Ojo Caliente; sister-in-law, Ernestina Garcia of Monte Vista, CO.; 24 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren and numerous other loving relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a devotional service to be held at 7:00 p.m. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 06, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ojo Caliente Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Michael Lujan, Michael Padilla, Jr., Adam Garcia, Israel Montoya, Jr., Danny Garcia and Timothy Garcia. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: April Olivas, Stephanie Garcia, Denise Martinez and Michelle Padilla. The family of Fabiola M.
