Fabian L. Age - 19 - Española Mata

FABIAN L. MATA, 19, a resident of Española, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Fabian touched the lives of many people with his love and generosity, and maintained his trademark smile to the last day with us. Mr. Mata is survived by his parents, Carlos and Angela Dominguez; brothers, Julian Mata, Carlos, Adrian and Damian Dominguez; sisters, Maribel and Mariela Dominguez; girlfriend, Mariah Lucero; nephew, Victor Dominguez; maternal grandparents, Efrain and Florence Mata; paternal grandparents, Jose Angel and Gloria Dominguez; aunts and uncles, Leticia Mata and companion Rick Maestas, Amanda Mata and companion Eric Jacquez, Manuel and Holly Mata, Efrain and Melinda Mata and Mauricio Mata, Manuel and Leticia, Miguel, Martin, Jovanna, Lupe and Isela and Noe and Idalia Dominguez; special great aunts, Christina and Bertha; Kiana Lujan who he considered as a little sister and numerous loving cousins, relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Victory Faith Church in Española. Serving as pallbearers, Julian Mata, Andy Lujan, Justin Trujillo, Joe Branch, Rufus Billy, Genaro Romero, Alex Romero and Chris Ortiz. Serving as honorary pallbearers are all his cousins.
