Erika - Age 24 - El Llano - Valdez

ERIKA ANGELITA VALDEZ, 24, a resident of El Llano, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at home. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Julia Atilano and grandfather, Felipe Valdez. Erika was a very loving, happy and respectful person to her family. She was the sparkle in everyone’s life she touched. She will forever live in our hearts through her special notes that she left us. Ms. Valdez is survived by her mother, Eloisa Atilano-Trujillo; step-father, Philipe Trujillo; father, Sotero Valdez; sister, Julie Holt; brother, Antonio Valdez; grandmother, Bernie Valdez; Erika’s companion, Tony Martinez and many Valdez and Atilano family members and many friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada, with a memorial mass to be celebrated at 11:00. Burial will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, with the following serving as a pallbearers will be, Victoria Apodaca. The family of Erika Angelita Valdez has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
