Ercilia Amaya

Ercilia Amaya, 73, left this world to be with our dear Lord on December 3, 2022, after a long battle with cancer, with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents Eliseo and Beroniz Ortega, sisters Alice and Joe Cordova, Pauline and Liborino Lopez, brothers Joe Ortega Raymond Ortega, great grandson Martin Palacio, In-Laws Gregorio and Juaquina Amaya, sister in law Elsie Amaya.

Ercilia is survived by her husband of 43 years Angel Amaya, children Cindy Martinez, Roy (Phyllis) Martinez, Angela (Adam) Trujillo and Christina Amaya, numerous grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews, whom she loved very dearly.

We want to say thank you to Del Corazon Hospice Amanda and Jacob for the care and love they showed our mother Ercilia Amaya.

Pallbearers will be all of her grandkids.

Mass Will be held on Saturday, December 17,2022 at 10 am at Victory Faith in Espanola, NM. Burial will follow at the Templo De Bautista Cemetery in Chimayo, NM.
