EPIMENIA “Eppie” MARGARITA TAYLOR, 85, a resident of Utah, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018. Our beloved mother was born in Abiquiu, NM September 9, 1932 to Magdalena Suazo and Nicholas Archuleta. She was preceded in death by her sons, Robert Maestas, Theodore Martinez and daughter, Marilyn Barker. She is survived by her eight children, Louis A. Martinez (Linda), Susan Alvarado, Teresa (Randy) Herrick, Deborah, Tina, Lora Duran, Michael Martinez, Virgil Martinez (Rose), and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Abiquiu, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. also at St. Thomas Catholic Church, with a burial to follow at the Abiquiu Cemetery. The family of Epimenia Margarita Taylor has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley. 505-747-7477 – www.devargasfuneral.com
