Elidoro A. "Ray" - Age 80 - Questa Ortiz

Elidoro A. “Ray” Ortiz, 80, recently of Questa, formerly from Talpa, NM, entered immortality on January 14, 2015. Ray was preceded in death by his wife Chavela Martinez Ortiz of Questa; parents, Luis and Carlota Ortiz; siblings, Elipio Ortiz, Viola Ortiz and Edna Hartt. He is survived by his son who cared for him in his last years, Ernest A. Ortiz, his wife Beverley A. Ortiz; grandchildren, Melanie and Leon Maldonado; special niece of Minnesota, Beatrice Berg; brother, Tony Ortiz of Albuquerque; sister, Maria Encarnacion "Shon" Ortiz of Taos and many other relatives and friends. Mass of Holy Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Taos. The family of Elidoro A. “Ray” Ortiz has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
