DONALD MARQUEZ, 53, a resident of Ranchitos, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Ernesto Marquez Sr., mother-in-law, Epifana Martinez; sister-in-law, Dolores Martinez, brother-in-law, David Martinez. Donald is survived by his wife, Sharon Marquez; son, Estevan Marquez (John); mother, Bernie Marquez; sisters, Connie Marquez, Rose Manning, Christina Trujillo, and Norma Marquez; brothers, Jose E. Marquez Jr. (Catalina), Gerald Marquez (Susie); sisters-in-law, Frances Martinez (Arthur), Debbie Castro (Mundo), Theresa Cole (Bob), Ernesto Jr. Martinez (Shirley), Gary Martinez (Denise), Karen Carrillo (Chris); father and mother-in-law, Ernesto and Mary Martinez. Public visitation will begin on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh, with a rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh, with a burial to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Holy Cross. Serving the family as pallbearers, Chris, Andrew, Ray, Antonio, David, and Ernest Jr.; honorary pallbearers will be the City of Santa Fe Parks and Recreation Dept., Maria Lisa Sanchez and all his nephews and nieces.
