Dolores Marie - Age 52 - Española Gonzales

Dolores Marie Gonzales – Age 52 was welcomed into our Lord’s Arms surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 28, 2011. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She devoted her life to taking care of her grandson, Isaah. She always had kind words for everyone. She was a compassionate caregiver to the elderly she worked for. She was both mother and best friend to her children, with never ending hope and love to carry them through anything. She would open her heart and home to everyone and would put their needs above her own. She was the precious and loving baby sister to her siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents: Carlos and Emeteria Salazar; brother, Tony Salazar; nephew, Bobby (B.J.) Baros; and father-in-law, Hernando Gonzales. Dolores is survived by her husband of 28 years, Willie Gonzales of Española; daughters: Valerie Gonzales of Española and Cathy and husband Paul Trujillo of North Carolina; son, Willie Gonzales, Jr. of Española; grandchildren: Isaah Gonzales and Xtopher and Sarah Trujillo; sisters: Theresa (Bobby) Baros, Celsa (Danny) Romero and Geneva Salazar; brothers: Ray (Anita) Salazar, Ruben (Maria) Salazar and Carlos Salazar; mother-in-law, Grace Gonzales; sister-in-laws: Mary Agnes (Johnny) Jaramillo, Margaret Gonzales (Tony) and Arlene Padilla; brother-in-laws: Toby Gonzales and Casey (Karen) Gonzales; and numerous other relatives and friends. An evening devotional service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the Calvary Chapel-Truth Ministries in Arroyo Seco. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Calvary Chapel-Truth Ministries.
