Dolores Duran

DOLORES ANN DURAN, 77, a resident of Española, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delfido and Louise Dominguez; brother, Jerry Dominguez; sister, Gloria Lerma, and Eleanor Gallegos. She loved to exercise and cook. She loved going to yard sales, thrift stores and loved spending time with her family. She will be missed dearly. Dolores is survived by her loving husband, Sam Duran; daughters, Sandra Baca and husband Elias, Roberta Duran; granddaughter, Maria LeRouge, great-grandson, Isaiah LeRouge; brother, Larry Dominguez and wife Juanita, and many loving nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to follow at 6:30 p.m. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Santa Fe. Burial will follow at 2:15 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers, Elias R. Baca, Isaiah LeRouge. Honorary pallbearers, Juan Dominguez, Juan Gallegos, and Phillip LeRouge.
