Desiree Age - 45 - Santa Cruz/Truchas Pacheco

Desiree Pacheco, 45, a resident of Santa Cruz formerly of Truchas passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012. She enjoyed going camping, and taking her son, Nathaniel fishing. She enjoyed spending her free time with her family & friends. Desiree was preceded in death by her mother, Mabel Pacheco; grandmother, Emilia Ortiz; brothers: Ricky, Marvin, Harvey and Elmer Pacheco; nephews: Lenny Pacheco and Alvin Trujillo; uncle, Claurence Pacheco. Desiree is survived by her companion, Contessa Salazar; son, Nathaniel Pacheco; father, Arquin Pacheco; brothers/sisters: Harold Pacheco and wife Cecilia, Danny Pacheco and wife Doris, Patsy Dixon, Dianna Pacheco, Beverly Pacheco and husband Benjie Martinez and Randy Pacheco; godson, Kevin Pacheco; nephew brought up as a brother, Robbie Pacheco; numerous other loving relatives & friends. Public visitation will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada with burial to follow at San Miguel Cemetery in Truchas with the following serving as pallbearers: Nathaniel and Kevin Pacheco, Benjie Martinez, Robbie Pacheco, Isidore Dixon, Gilbert Salazar, Marvin Pacheco, Randy Pacheco and Chris Ortiz; honorary pallbearers: Danny Pacheco Jr., Adam Pacheco, Pamela Dixon, Dora Pacheco, Bryan Chavez, Gerald Trujillo, Shenel Dinwiddie, Sonya Pacheco, Chris Ortiz, Simon, Julie and Martina Pacheco.
