DESIDERIO “STAR” GUTIERREZ, SR., 90, a resident of Santa Clara Pueblo, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016. A wake will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 starting at 3:00 p.m. at the family residence in Santa Clara Pueblo. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara Pueblo Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the Santa Clara Pueblo Cemetery. The family of Desiderio “Star” Gutierrez has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
