Daniel A. Age-79 Colorado Springs/Chimayo Pacheco

DANIEL A. PACHECO, 79, a longtime resident of Colorado Springs, passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2010 in Colorado. Daniel was born May 2, 1931 in Chimayo to Patricio and Beatrice Martinez Pacheco. He served 31 years in the Army and retired as a SGM. SGM Daniel A. Pacheco US Army retired is survived by his beloved wife, Rosina; children, Harold, Beatrice (Grant), Victoria (Tom), Shirley, Michael (Vanessa) along with 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will begin on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Friday, October 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo. Burial to follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. The family of Daniel A.
