Daniel B. Winans Jr. (Rocky), a resident of Ohkay Owingeh, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel B. Winans Sr.; grandparents Mary Cachora and Luther Curran; close cousins, (Little) Joe Martinez and Ernestine Martinez. Daniel is survived by his mother, JoAnn Curran (Leon Serna); Companion, Verna Vigil, daughter, D’Yanna Seonia; son, Daniel; granddaughter, Peyton and many other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday November 20th, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh with a burial to follow at the Ohkay Owingeh Cemetery.
