Cynthia Age - 48 Española Bales-Connor

Cynthia Bales-Connor (Beloved daughter, mother, sister and friend) – Age 48 a resident of Española, NM passed away from her long battle of Caner on Friday, August 26, 2011 at her home in Española. She was head training waitress at Chili’s in Española. She loved her family and friends and helped so many people anyway she could. She was our angel and will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her. She was preceded in death by her son, Travis Wade Heath; brother, Tony Heath; grandparents: Ted and Margaret Gregg of Dandridge, TN and Paul and Violette Sparks of Española; uncles: Jack Gregg and Bobby R. Ramsey both of Dandridge, TN; and aunt, Gearline Dryden of Morristown, TN. Cynthia is survived by her parents, Davy A. and Rebecca Sparks of Española; daughter, Natalie Nicole Morgan of Rochester, NY; son, Ted L. Heath of Española; and 6 brothers: Ted C. Heath, Rocky and Shelena Heath and Ricky Heath all of Farmington, Jason Sparks and Davy J. Sparks both of Los Alamos and Cory A. Sparks of Albuquerque; sister, Debbie Richards of Savannah, Georgia; 4 grandchildren: Alyssa, Sarah and Leah Perri of Rochester, NY; Caleb Heath of Knoxville, TN; Haleigh Sparks of Los Alamos; 4 nieces; 7 nephews; all her Chili’s family & friends of Española; numerous other relatives & friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. A second memorial service will be held on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Light of His Way Church in Bloomfield, NM Burial will follow at the Bloomfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research.
