Conrado - Age 58 - Jaramillo -

CONRADO E. JARAMILLO “Cornie”, 58, a lifelong resident of Chimayo, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, December 27, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Susanna Jaramillo; brothers, Tony, Carlos, Joe, Jerry and Bobby Jaramillo; close nephew, Tony Abeyta; niece, Joann Jaramillo; brothers-in-law, Mike Lopez, Albert Jones, Jr. and Eduardo Trujillo; and sister-in-law, Maria Jaramillo. He was a graduate of Santa Cruz High School, Class of 1973. He worked for Alcola Manufacturing Company in Santa Fe until he was involved in a serious car accident in 1976. He loved fishing, hunting and cruising. He will be greatly missed by his siblings, nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. Mr. Jaramillo is survived by his sisters, Anita Calderon, Lillian Jones, Perla Trujillo, Shirley Lopez, Dolores Roybal and husband Joseph, Lucille Trambley and husband Alvin, and Brenda Jaramillo; brother, Clifford Jaramillo and wife Patricia; sisters-in-law, Ferminia Salazar and Pita Jaramillo and many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed. Public visitation will begin on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo, with a burial to follow at the Los Llanitos Cemetery in Truchas. Assisting the family as pallbearers will be Edward Trujillo Jr., Darrell Roybal, Armando Jaramillo, Nelson Jones, Miguel Lopez and Eusebio Chacon. The family of Conrado E. Jaramillo has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n \r\n \r\n
