Claude Gallegos

Claude Gallegos, age 55, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Bonifacio Gallegos; brother, Harold Gallegos; sister, Rosemary Gallegos; and step- father, Eloy Quintana. Claude was a very caring and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his wife, Georgiana Vigil of Española; children, Jacquelyne Martinez and husband Nick Martinez, Matthew Gallegos, and Andres Vigil; mother, Louise Quintana; siblings, Chris Gallegos, Debbie Chavez, and Bonifacio Gallegos and Family; father and mother in law, Armando and Frances Vigil; sister in law, Luciana Vigil – Holterman and husband Daniel; brothers in law, Armando Frank and Ricardo Vigil; and nephews, Bryan Chavez and wife Rebecca and Eric Chavez; as well as numerous other loving relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Española, with a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15 p.m. Assisting the family as pallbearers will be, Matthew Gallegos, Nicholas Martinez, Chris Gallegos, Daniel Holterman, Bryan Chavez and Eric Chavez.
