Celine Jaramillo

CELINE JARAMILLO, 74, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tomas and Maria Trinidad Jaramillo; brothers, Jose Tomas and Jose Avelino Jaramillo and sister, Crucita Jaramillo. She was born and raised in Medanales and graduated from the Española Valley High School. She later worked for the State of New Mexico for 23 years. She was a devout Christian and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Ms. Jaramillo is survived by her daughter, Beverly Yvette Martinez; grandchildren, Ashleigh, Erica, and Monique Martinez; great-grandsons, Damian Martinez and Shane Martinez-Herrera; brothers and sisters, Margaret A. Broten and husband Gary, Maria Odelia Minard, Arlene Jaramillo all of Albuquerque, Robert Jaramillo of Medanales, Ralph Jaramillo and wife Theresa of Bloomfield, Eugenio Jaramillo of Medanales, Pete and Angel Jaramillo both of Albuquerque and Terisa Jaramillo of Medanales and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A Graveside service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. en el Cementerio de San Antonio in Medenales with a reception to follow at the Medenales Volunteer Fire Department.
